Prices include:
▪ Self-drive rental;
▪ Half day rental (5 hours): pick up from 9:00am, drop off before 7:00pm at Slow Drive office;
▪ One or more rental days: pick-up and drop-off is only available from 9:00am to 1:00pm and from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at Slow Drive office;
in case of delay there will be a penalty of €50.00 for every 30 minutes past the time of drop-off, and the charge of one more day rental fee for delays past 2 hours;
▪ Mechanical assistance service: (not following) available only during opening hours (9:00am to 1:00pm and 3:00pm to 7:00pm) included within 150 km from our office. In case of impossibility to repair the vehicle, a replacement car will be provided; if a replacement car is not available, full or partial refund is expected in proportion to the hours of rental used;
▪ Insurance coverage (civil liability);
▪ Kilometers of driving included: 100km for the half day rate; 150km for the full day rate per every day of rental; penalty of €1.00 / km + vat for every additional kilometer;
▪ 22% VAT.
Prices do not include:
▪ Tolls, parking and fines;
▪ Anything not specified in “PRICES INCLUDE”;
▪ Mechanical Assistance, car retrieval and delivery of substitute car available only during opening hours (9:00am to 1:00pm and 3:00pm to 7:00pm) done further than 150km from the garage, costs €2.00 per every extra kilometer.
▪ Fuel consumption: the car will be delivered with full tank and must be returned it with a full tank
Extra:
▪ Full Coverage: €50.00 per day to cover damages caused by the customer, unknowns and any acts of vandalism with a deductible of 20% of the damage with a minimum overdraft depending on the car category: €500.00 +vat for Entry and Medium, €1000.00 +vat for Premium and Elite €2000.00 +vat for Prestige.
▪ Fuel Consumption: the car will be delivered with a full tank, and can be returned without a full tank with a cost of €50.00
▪ Pick-up and drop-off service off site: €2.00 per kilometer included vat
▪ Concierge service: with a cot of €500.00 per day, the mechanical assistance will be extended to 350km from the garage, 24/7 telephone availability, tailor made tour with indications of the client and route made with Google Maps shared to the client with a link
▪ Gadgets: driving leather gloves and women's 60s sunglasses: €40.00, representative car model 1:43 on availability €80.00.

▪ At least 23 years old;
▪ 5 years of driving license;
▪ Credit card as guarantee (no debit, no prepaid) (Visa and Mastercard);
▪ In case the client does not possess a credit card, it’s mandatory to activate the Full Coverage and make a warranty deposit which depends on the class of the vehicle rented, which will be returned at the end of the rental in case of no damages found upon reentry.
Cancellation policy:
▪ Full refund of the paid amount (less commission of the payment method chosen) for cancellations at least 90 days in advance from rental date; for cancellations within 90 days from the rental date, a voucher for an amount equal to the amount paid is issued with unlimited expiry.
